Every UMA villa is a vessel for transformation. Through thoughtful design, natural materials, and a deep respect for the environment, our developments become extensions of the inner world of those who live in them. We see development as a form of healing — a dialogue between human emotion and architectural intention.
SOCIETY
The spaces we create attract people who share a certain way of seeing life. UMA is also about the communities that form around them — circles built not on speed or status, but on harmony and shared mindset.
TULUM & MENORCA
Two shores. One pursuit.
Born in Tulum, where we develop and curate villas across the jungle and coast, UMA found a natural extension in Menorca. Two places, two rhythms — the same pursuit: a barefoot, conscious, present kind of luxury.
In Tulum, UMA is a developer — homes designed, built, and offered to those who want to live them. In Menorca, for now, we open our villas to guests: a way to taste UMA before, perhaps, calling it home.
